Memo requests are reviewed by Dominic personally. During business hours, you'll get a response within four hours — typically with a same-day shipping confirmation. Off-hours requests are answered first thing the next morning.
If you're new to the program or this is your first memo with us, expect a brief phone conversation before shipping. We want to understand what you're working on and which pieces are likely to fit your showroom.
